Live Courses

For our live courses, you’re eligible for a refund after the initial payment of ₹1000 if you request it within 5 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund for a live course, please contact our support team at digitalcommunicatortvm@gmail.com or +918075003768 within the specified timeframe.

Short-Term Courses

Short-term courses priced under ₹2000 are not eligible for refunds. All sales for these courses are final.

Personal Mentorship & SEO Services

Please note that personal mentorship programs and SEO services are not eligible for refunds. All sales for these services are final due to the personalized and intensive nature of the work involved.

General Conditions

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be credited  to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.digitalcommunicator.in.
