3. Payment and Fees

Details regarding service fees will be provided upon engagement for specific projects or course enrollment. All payments are expected to be made as per the agreed-upon terms.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • For SEO Projects: A service fee collected as an advance is refundable if we fail to complete the project within the proposed and agreed-upon dates. The specific terms, timelines, and refund process will be detailed in the individual project agreement.

  • For Live Courses: Attendees of our live courses are eligible for a refund within 5 days of the initial payment of ₹1000. To request a refund, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy.

  • For Short-Term Courses (Under ₹2000): Short-term courses priced under ₹2000 are not eligible for refunds. All sales for these courses are final.

  • For Personal Mentorship & SEO Services (Consultation): Personal mentorship programs and SEO consultation services are not eligible for refunds. All sales for these services are final due to their personalized and intensive nature.

5. Ethical Practices

At DigitalCommunicator.in, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all our activities.

  • We do not make fake promises or guarantees regarding specific ranking positions or immediate boosts in search engine results. SEO is a dynamic field, and results depend on various factors beyond our sole control.

  • We exclusively practice ethical marketing activities, adhering to Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and other industry best practices to ensure sustainable and legitimate organic growth for our clients.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
